Ο Οργανισμός Νεολαίας Κύπρου προχώρησε το 2017 στη σύσταση της Εθνικής Στρατηγικής για τη Νεολαία 2017-2022 (ΕΣΝ), η οποία αποτελεί το πρώτο έγγραφο πολιτικής για τη νεολαία στην Κύπρο. Η ύπαρξη της Εθνικής Στρατηγικής για τη Νεολαία αναδεικνύει την ανάγκη επένδυσης στους νέους και δεσμεύει την κυβέρνηση για την αναγνώριση και αντιμετώπιση των αναγκών της νεολαίας.
